The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston is seeking a highly motivated fellowship trained Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician.
The candidate must be board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The candidate must possess a CAQ in Sports Medicine or be eligible to take the exam prior to starting. The candidate would join eight fellowship trained staff members within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and two fellowship trained Primary Care Sports Medicine physicians.
Primary responsibilities will include an active clinical practice. This is a musculoskeletal only practice. Clinical interest in the care of athletes of all levels and ages is a necessity. Clinical experience in ultrasound guided procedures and diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal (sports) ultrasound is a plus. Additional responsibilities will include team coverage and care of local high school athletes.
