The Specialized Manager of Experience is a core member of the leadership team that drives Sunglass Hut’s success. The Specialized Manager works in partnership with the Store Director to oversee all of the daily functions of the Store, including selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition and inventory control.
The Specialist Manager’s primary focus is ensuring flawless execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizes The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.
Achieves the individual sales plan.
Consistently drives sales by identifying opportunities to achieve Store goals.
Leads by example, coaches, mentors and inspires the team to enhance Store performance.
People work for people- uses this philosophy to grow careers, encourage teamwork, and retain talent through a development-focused environment.
Observes, coaches, develops and inspires the team to achieve sales results using the brand Coaching Model.
Provides feedback and coaching to Sales Consultants to improve their use of The Sunglass Hut Experience tool.
Sees out all development opportunities as laid out in an individual development plan or as specified by the Store Director.
Creates an emotional connection within the Store team that translates into sales and ensures every Associate consistently delivers the Sunglass Hut Experience.
Makes the Store an energetic, positive experience for customers.
Continually coaches and develops the team to ensures consistent and absolute execution of The Sunglass Hut experience.
Develops customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
Acts as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand.
Builds Sunglass Hut brand by consistently executing the brand standards and the Sunglass Hut Experience.
Stays adept at knowing the product and stays curious on new merchandise and fashion trends.
Motivates, coaches and inspires their team to ensure they are the best possible brand ambassadors.
Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of the Store operations.
Ensures execution and adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
Ensures proper visual standards, inventory practices and merchandising practices are executed.
Continually coaches and develops their team to ensure retail excellence.
High School Diploma
Customer service/retail experience
Ability to use critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the Store
