Role Responsibilities

  • Handles dailysupervision of a team (e.g. delivery, process, etc.)

  • Supervises workload ofthe team, may make work assignments and responsible for developing team members

  • Acts as escalationpoint for issue resolution for the Billing Agents

  • Manages effectiveinternal and external client relationships within a defined area ofresponsibility

  • Provides strategicdirection for the project

  • Exercises consistentjudgment and discretion while delivering on team SLAs as defined within theproject, directly related to management policies and the general operations ofthe business


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of High SchoolDiploma or GED

  • Minimum of 2 years workexperience in an office setting

  • Minimum of 1 year trainingand/or coaching experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Outsourcing operationsexperience

  • Knowledge andexperience in any work stream of US health care

  • Demonstratedsupervisory experience managing processes or small work teams while deliveringon KPIs (key performance indicators) for a client

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Ability to workcreatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent leadership,communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
