National real estate company is seeking a real estate paralegal to join its legal team. The position will report directly to the General Counsel. This commercial real estate paralegal will review and prepare initial drafts of due diligence including title, survey, zoning, corporate documents and entitlements for acquisitions and financing; prepare purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, declarations, access agreements, easement agreements, and related documents for development; and prepare retail leases. This is an opportunity to work with shopping centers and retail properties on complex commercial real estate deals.
