KLX Inc Quality Assurance Customer Engineer II - Miami, FL in Miami, Florida
Under general supervision, responsible for product excellence and implementation of quality assurance programs to provide defect free products to all customers.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status
Conducts monthly customer quality reviews with customers and internal KLX organization.
Conducts Corrective Actions Board (CAB) with customers.
Drives root cause corrective actions (RCCA) with customers, suppliers and internal KLX organization
Ensures RCCA meet customer requirements and response time
Lead all on customer scorecards metrics to achieve a 100% rating
Leads all purge activities and ensure containment is within 48 hours globally. Makes final disposition on product non-conformances
Works with customer on RMA product and submits documents for MRB approval
Writes quality plans, sampling plans, and inspections plans for customer products
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related field of study
4-6 year's of related work experience
Working knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100
Advanced MS Office skills
Aerospace Industry knowledge
Knowledge of Lean Principles
Six Sigma certified
Knowledge of FAA regulations
Professional Quality certifications (ASQ, CQE, CQA)
