As the International Logistics Coordinator I, you will arrange quotes, documentation, and logistics of cargo to worldwide markets. Your experience in arranging bookings and handling customer service requests is critical to maintaining a smooth operation and delivering a positive customer experience.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Arrange import bookings
Dispatch orders to overseas agents and offices, as well as drayage and trucking companies
File ISF and AMS
Submit shipping instructions to carriers and overseas offices
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete; and customer receives bill of lading in a timely manner
Maintain an understanding of the various business divisions within XPO Global Logistics and their strategic goals; assist in rates and quoting
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
4 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding or NVOCC industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Knowledge and Experience with Import Regulations and Processes
It’d be great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree in related field
