One will generate, aggregate, and analyze business data with the intent of supporting and developing solutions for new business unit ideas, trends, and concepts. The EDI Operations Manager will be required to develop and apply a wide breadth of product and process understanding to support customers' business requirements andbusiness process management. The primary objective is to utilize data collection, reporting, and business analysis to provide meaningful insight for trends, client/project solutions, and process innovation.Responsibilities include:

  • Researches and resolve internal and external escalations regarding EDI related issues

  • Perform service and QA activities regarding daily EDI file exchange

  • Create and deliver training to client management and support center personnel to increase initial incident resolution rates

  • Work with clients when necessary to identify and resolve EDI issues

  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience

  • ETL experience

  • EDI or Healthcare domain experience preferred

  • Hands-on experience with an industry-standard EDI necessary

  • Revenue Cycle Management experience

  • MS Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Analytical approach to problem solving and critical thinking

  • Effective time-management skills

  • Technical savvy and ability to master new software quickly

  • Ability to remain focused and organized when handling multiple projects and tasks

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to multitask

  • Ability to go above and beyond to meet departmental and organizational goals

  • Ability to communicate to users and leadership clearly and concisely

  • Ability to work with multiple teams and groups cross functionally

  • Ability to work independently with little guidance and direction

  • Strong work ethic and highly focused with attention to detail

  • Desire to learn new job skills and grow in career

  • SQL familiarity preferred
